Pokemon Go New Events
Hello Trainers,
I like most other people love raiding in Pokémon Go especially the legendary raids but that seems to be all there is to do lately. With the legendary birds it was exciting as they were only around for a week each and then for a few more weeks they were all out so you had a choice of what legendary to go for. With the legendary beasts its just doing the same raid over and over again and I feel like they need to have an extra event going on as well as the Legendary beast raids otherwise it will be 3 months of just raiding. Don't get me wrong I love Entei and he is personally my favourite legendary but the game needs a little something extra to keep the game new and exciting.
Now they have brought the eggs back I think they could do something with the Legendary eggs so that they throw in another Pokemon such as Ho-Oh so you have a chance to battle and catch something new and also you wont know what is in the legendary eggs every time. Let me know what you think about the return of the raid eggs as I personally would prefer 2 hours raid time and no eggs.
Niantic are now releasing 'EX Raids' to give people a chance to catch Mewtwo. You have to get an invite to an EX raid by 'recently' completing previous raids at the gyms where EX raids are taking place. At the moment we don't know how recent you will have had to complete a raid so just try and do as many raids at as many different gyms as possible to maximise your chances of getting an EX raid invitation.
There will hopefully be a halloween event next month as there was last year. I don't see why they wouldn't do an event this year as well as events are what get people playing the game more and it makes it more fun for everyone. They may also release Generation 3 Pokémon coming out around this time as there are a lot of ghost type in Gen 3 that could make they debut during this event like the Gen 2 baby Pokémon did before generation 2 was fully released.
